Design TOS

Keep in mind:
- Prices may vary depending on complexity.
The added complexity fee can range from $5-$10.
- This includes complicated clothing, complicated character designs or added objects.
- I only work on commissions Monday, Wednesday and Thursday AEST.

BUST PRICES

$35 USD (+$10 Shading)

FULLBODY PRICES

$50 USD (+$10 Shading)

Base custom comes with:
1x Halfbody, 1x Bust, 1x Chibi
Extras/Upgrades have an additional cost of $5-$10USD
Such as:
- Adding complicated clothing
- Upgrading the halfbody to a fullbody

Terms of Service

1. GENERAL TERMS
- All drawings may or will include a subtle signature that you may not remove or alter in anyway.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.2. PAYMENT
- The currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal.
- Commissions payment must be confirmed before I begin your piece.
- Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
- Please send payment within 24 hours, otherwise I will move onto the next person.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
- I will give you a rough timeframe when I can begin sketching.
- Will provide you a sketch and make reviews with you to make it just right for you!
- Once the sketch is confirmed, I will begin the next stages (lining, colour, ect)
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other commissions, study and work.
- Please do not rush me and keep in mind of the timeframe stated above.- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.4. REVISIONS
- Any changes can be requested during the sketching stage.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
- If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere
- Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent- I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution.6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
- I will always do my best to provide good communication and updates.
- If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.(Keep in mind of the timeframe I will provide you - see section #3)
- Once I start on your commission, you may not request a refund at any time within the 3 month turnaround time.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If the time period surpasses the 3 month turnaround time, you may request a refund. Please know that if I've already started on your commission, you will not be entitled to the full refund amount and I will deduct payment for the work I have already done on your piece.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.What do you get?
- Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.Your Behaviour
- While I will do my best to ensure my customers satisfaction and aim for a pleasant experience working together, I will not tolerate jerks.
- Please keep our interactions respectful and professional. Remember to use your manners.
- Do not rush me and keep in mind my turnaround time. You may ask for updates but do not guilt or bully me into finishing your piece.
- If you at any point make me uncomfortable, disrespect me or just become intolerable you will be blacklisted and loose the rights to the artwork.
- Keep in mind my refund policy and if you create an unsafe environment for me, you will loose any rights to a refund.

Design Terms of Service

By acquiring a design made by me you are agreeing to these terms.

Failure to follow my TOS will result in the design and its rights being stripped from you and you will be added onto my blacklist.Additionally, if you break my TOS I am not entitled to give you a refund, nor return a character if my design was acquired through character trade.

Blacklist

My designs CANNOT be traded, sold or gifted to users:

Terms

- You may change/edit the design/artwork in anyway. Any extra or alternative versions can be made as long as they are credited back to me. However, the original design MUST be available and not hidden! You are very welcome to ask me to make changes for you so I can go into the original file. Keep in mind my artwork is usually drawn on a single layer, so please keep your requests simple.- My designs may not be resold for more than what they have been acquired for. You can only add on extra monetary value to it if any kind of extra art has been bought for it, increasing it's original value.- Always credit the design back to me and do not claim it as your own. Do not remove or alter my signature on the design/artwork in anyway.- I do not accept refunds or character tradebacks.- Users from my blacklist are not allowed to own a design from me. If you sell a design to someone on my blacklist, you will also be blacklisted.- I'm usually happy to do holds, but it is a case-by-case basis. Please do not ask for a hold if you cannot pay or if you think you will change your mind.
